Raw Mediterranean Dolmas

Mediterranean Dolmas. This recipe was interesting and flavorful, but easy to make as well! I thought the filling was very tasty and even enjoyed the crunchy collard wrap.

1/4 cup soaked sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbs fresh dill chopped
2 tbs raisins
1/4 cup soaked pinenuts (or cauliflower)
1 clove garlic
Collard Leaf (de-stemmed)

Use a food processor and pulse until you reach desired consistency.

Instead of the pine nuts, if allergic, you could use food processed cauliflower.

Last, place a spoonful on a collard and wrap.

Simple and healthy….. without salt and pepper.
