What you need:
-5 fresh potatoes
-5-8 long green beans
-2 medium size organic carrots
-1/4 teaspoon virgin olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon of ginger
-1/4 teaspoon of garlic
-1/3 cup of eggplant
1) Steam vegetables for 5-6 minutes except the green beans and put the garlic and ginger in it.
2) Blend the eggplant on a blender with garlic, ginger, and ½ cup of water
3) Wash the green beans and let it soak for 2 minutes. Do not steam the green beans.
4) Pour the vegetables on a dish.
5) Last, the eggplant recipe added on the greenbeans.
