What You’ll Need

* 1 cup raw cashew yogurt
* 1/2 cup organic strawberries
* 1/2 cup organic blueberries
* 1 tbsp almonds, chopped
* 1 spoon
* 1 cup

Instructions 

1. Spoon enough yogurt into cup so it covers the bottom.
2. Add strawberries. 
3. Add more yogurt.
4. Add blueberries.
5. Add more yogurt.
6. Add more strawberries. 
7. Add a small amount of yogurt on top.
8. Add almonds and your parfait is ready to serve.
