Cherry Raspberry Parfait

 

Cherry Raspberry Parfait Recipe. It’s an incredible and healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert on those days when you feel like you could melt. It’s amazing and creative.

The layers I used are simple.

  • Buckwheat Groats Basic Vegan Overnight Oats (see below)
  • Raw Vegan Raspberry Soft Serve (see below)
  • Quinoa Puffs
  • Rainier Cherries

    Recipe: Buckwheat Groats Basic VOO

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup oats
    • 2 Tbsp chia seed
    • 2 Tbsp dried coconut
    • 1 Tbsp buckwheat groats
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1/3 cup water
    • 1 tsp maple syrup

    Instructions

    1. Mix together in a bowl. Place in fridge.
    2. Allow to sit at least 2 hours. Eat alone or use in a parfait.

    Recipe: Raspberry Raw Vegan Soft Serve

    Ingredients

    • 1 frozen banana
    • 5-8 frozen raspberries
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Instructions

    1. Place in food processor. Blend until consistency of soft serve occurs. You may have to scrape down the sides several times.

    Quick notes

    Beware of bucking food processor.
