Homemade raw applesauce is so simple and easy to make with a food processor. All you need is apples and a lemon. Wash and peel the apples (may leave skin on if desired), cut in pieces, and place them in the food processor, then add lemon juice to taste (about half a small lemon to each 3 apples). Blend until smooth, and add any flavorings you like. To make it last longer in the fridge, it may be cooked lightly.
