For this recipe you will need a juicer, a blender, and a dehydrator (optional).
Ingredients: 3 tomatoes, 4 mini sweet peppers, 4-5 ears of non-GMO corn, 10-20 carrots, dill, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 stalk of celery (optional)
Juice carrots in the juicer, then combine carrot juice in the blender with corn, dill, and avocado. Blend until smooth, then add mini sweet peppers at low speed so that the peppers are cut into small pieces. Top with diced tomato.
Cut up celery into tiny pieces, and dehydrate until very crunchy. Use a blender or grinder to grind into small pieces, and sprinkle on soup.
