Almond/Sunflower Pate

You are looking at a beautiful presentation of a healthy nori wrap with avocado, broccoli sprouts, peas sprouts, almond pate, cucumbers, bell peppers….the sauce is mung and adzuki puree with miso.
This is the recipe for the almond/sunflower pate…..The rest is as posted, ust add and roll the nori…..
1 cup of organic raw almonds
1 cup of organic raw sunflower seeds
1 cup of organic celery
1 cup of organic carrots
1 cup of organic parsley
1 cup of organic red onions
1 cup of organic red cabbage
3 organic lemons
2 tbs of cumin
2 tbs of hulled sesame

First, soak the sunflower seeds and the almonds over night. In a food processor, blend the sunflower seeds and the almonds. make sure not to liquefy them and turn them into oil. Put the sunflower seeds and almonds into a large bowl. Chop or grate the vegetables and combine them into the bowl with the sunflower seeds and the almonds. Squeeze the juice form the three organic lemons. Combine the cumin and the sesame and then mix all the ingredients together. You of course may add any one of the ingredients to satisfy your personal taste.
